Max Verstappen is back from his Brazilian vacation and has immersed himself in what he does best. The F1 star is now gearing up for the Red Bull livery unveiling in Detroit and took part in a special shoot with the team’s engine provider, Ford. The four-time F1 champion was joined by his former Red Bull teammate Daniel Ricciardo and Racing Bulls rookie Arvid Lindblad. Pictures of the trio together are wholesome, to say the least.
Daniel Ricciardo meets Max Verstappen again as Arvid Lindblad joins trio
The update was shared on F1’s Instagram handle with the caption: “DR3 meets MV3. Max Verstappen & Daniel Ricciardo were reunited as they, along with Racing Bulls rookie Arvid Lindblad, took part in a shoot with Red Bull’s new engine supplier Ford.”
Max Verstappen was seen wearing his Red Bull race suit, as was Arvid Lindblad, who has been part of the Red Bull Junior Team. The latter is now gearing up for his much-anticipated F1 debut with Racing Bulls. Daniel Ricciardo, who is Ford’s global racing ambassador, looked delighted to have reunited with Verstappen.
Fans of all three were overjoyed to see them together trackside. Lindblad fans dubbed the trio “MARVID!!”, while Ricciardo fans coined the name “Maxiel”.
One fan wrote, “This makes me incredibly happy.” Another said, “Omg Red Bull just sign him please.” One more commented, “Sometimes good things fall apart so better things could fall together.”
Arvid Lindblad also shared a glimpse from the trackside on his Instagram Stories. He was seen watching vintage race cars on track and soaking in the atmosphere.
What’s up with Red Bull this season
The F1 talent came together on the eve of the Red Bull and Racing Bulls livery launch in the US on January 15. The cars will hit the track for their first private test in Barcelona, followed by two tests in Bahrain. The 2026 season will officially kick off on March 8 with the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne. Several surprises are expected as the new regulations have been implemented, leading to cars that are shorter, narrower, and lighter.
