LONDON: Tottenham defender Ledley King was picked in an England squad for the first time in almost two years on Sunday, despite being unable to train between matches due to a chronic knee injury.
David Beckham is also in the 24-man squad for a friendly against Slovakia on March 28 and a World Cup qualifier against Ukraine on April 1 after the midfielder extended his loan deal with AC Milan from the Los Angeles Galaxy.
