Manchester United for the Europa League Final with Tottenham set to take place in Bilbao. The game, which is set for tomorrow evening, has been released for some key players to participate in full session training at Carrington and received a boost. That brings some much-needed hope to Amorim as the match could define the season.
Zirkzee, Dalot, Yoro back in action
Through the training footage posted today, United were able to receive good news as Yoro, Zirkzee, and Dalot were all participating in drills. Along with the training footage posted today, full videos were released that showcased the trio training. With their presence during practice, Amorim now has a variety of selection headaches.
The 19-year-old has the best chance of being in the starting line-up, especially considering he missed one game due to injury against West Ham on the 11th of May. Dalot, the Portuguese full-back, has not played since the 20th of April as well as Zirkzee, the key striker of the squad, has not played since the 13th of April due to injuries.
De Ligis is still out of training
Due to press obligations, Maguire and Bruno will have to address the media later this evening and attend a joint press conference with Amorim.
It was reported earlier that both he and Lisandro Martinez are still battling injuries.
Furthermore, with three important players returning, United has a greater chance of trophy contention. On the downside, the Dutch defender has missed the training session and will likely join Martinez for the final in Bilbao.
