AIFF fined East Bengal striker Tolgay Ozbey

MARGAO: The disciplinary committee of the All India Football Federation (AIFF) fined East Bengal striker Tolgay Ozbey Rs 50,000 for his fracas with the ground supervisor at Fatorda's Nehru Stadium.
The Australian striker had allegedly assaulted ground supervisor Raju Adpaikar during a scheduled training session prior to the clash with Sporting Clube de Goa four months ago at Fatorda.
Tolgay was reported to be furious with the ground supervisor after he got into an argument with East Bengal coach Trevor Morgan, prompting a furious reaction from the Australian striker.
