UEFA EURO 2020, Portugal vs Germany Highlights: Germany beat Portugal 4-2 in six-goal thriller
Germany defeated Portugal 4-2 in Group F at Euro 2020 on Saturday to revive their hopes of reaching the last 16 and leave the reigning champions in danger of crashing out. Cristiano Ronaldo put Portugal ahead in Munich but own goals from Ruben Dias and Raphael Guerreiro gave Germany the advantage before Kai Havertz and Robin Gosens struck in the second half to make it 4-1. Diogo Jota pulled a goal back for Portugal, who are level on three points with Germany and a point behind leaders France.

HT - Germany lead Portugal 2-1 at the halftime break
WHAT A MATCH! Truly an edge of the seat game in Munich as Germany took a well-deserved 2-1 lead over Portugal at the halftime break.A desperate German side, after losing their opening game, started aggressively from the word go, but fell behind early as Ronaldo scored on a counter attack. Germany kept dominating the proceedings and were rewarded with two late own goals to take the lead.

Two own goals inside 5 minutes has turned the match upside down. This time Guerreiro was the unlucky one for Portugal. Müller fired one across the six-yard which was flicked off Havertz and then Kimmich shot that back in towards goal before the ball flew into the roof of the net from the leg of Guerreiro. Germany's relentless attack paid off handsomely for them.

OWN GOAL! Gosens sent the ball across the Portugal six-yard box from the left flank. Havertz tapped in, but Portuguese defender Dias stuck his leg out, and the ball deflected low into the far corner off him. A well deserved equaliser for an impressive German side tonight.
