Salah’s last league goal was on November 1 against Aston Villa, marking his longest scoring drought since joining Liverpool in 2017.

In stoppage time, Mikkel Damsgaard scored the winner for Brentford. Burnley thought they had equalized again through Ashley Barnes, but VAR ruled the goal out.
