Premier League title on Saturday at the Etihad Stadium. De Bruyne, in his first home appearance since announcing his departure from Manchester City, orchestrated the turnaround after Palace had taken a 2-0 lead.
Crystal Palace started strongly, with Eberechi Eze converting Ismaila Sarr's pass before Chris Richards doubled their lead with a header from a corner in the first 20 minutes.
