In Umamusume Pretty Derby, training horse girls is only half the battle. Once you’ve got the fundamentals down and demonstrated your knack on the track, an entirely new universe opens up, the Club circuit. Crafted for the competitive spirit, Clubs allow you to team up with other trainers, swap resources, and compete in races together. This capability does not exist at launch. Here’s how to crack it, why it’s valuable and how to leverage it.
How to Unlock
Clubs aren’t unlocked by default, they’re reserved for players who’ve shown mastery in Team Trials.
- You need a Team Rank of E3 to unlock the Club. This isn’t an idle milestone, it means your stable is competitive and well run.
- To get there, concentrate on putting together a squad of high-octane Umamusumes. The path of least resistance is to lean on SR-ranked characters like Gold Ship and Agnes Tachyon that provide powerful training stats and reliability.
- Play URA Finale and shoot for 7–9 career objectives per run. Repeating this with several trainees will quickly increase your score.
- Once your team score surpasses 20,000, you’ll probably reach the E3 level, which unlocks Clubs and Private Races.
Welcome to the Club: What Opens Up Next
Once you’ve hit E3, you’ll find a fresh button on your main screen, the Clubs tab, nestled into the bottom-left corner. Now, you can hop onto an already established Club or make your own. Clubs aren’t social hubs. They’re designed for strategic collaboration.
Club perks extend well beyond talk and fellowship. Perhaps my favorite perk of all is the Shoe Exchange, which takes place each day. You can claim up to 10 Shoes a day, an essential resource for upgrading and training your Uma Girls.
In exchange, every time you donate Shoes to others, you receive Club Points, a unique in-game currency. These points can be spent at the Club Shop, where you’ll encounter valuable goods such as SSR Support Cards, which can be game changers for your training tactics.
Secret Bonus
Another overlooked benefit of Clubs is the opportunity to be introduced to other players with elite Support Cards on their profiles. Becoming friends with them can provide you access to their supports for your own training. This is a silent, long-term benefit that can enhance your advancement substantially.
