Once you’ve got it, you’re set to dive into the Sunless Cell Strike to kick things off. Here’s how you can start it.First things first, if you don’t have the Barrow-Dyad, you’re not getting anywhere. This Exotic SMG is your golden ticket to the Hundredfold Path quest. Keep it in your inventory, or better yet, have it equipped—it’s going to be important. Now, for the real fun. You need to complete the Sunless Cell Strike while keeping the Barrow-Dyad equipped. Here’s what you need to know:Once you defeat the final boss, you’ll be rewarded with an item called Trembling Osseous Spine. This is the key to unlocking the quest.With the Trembling Osseous Spine in your inventory, head over to Eris’ flat in The Last City. There, you’ll find the Slab, which is your go-to for picking up and progressing various quests.But wait—there’s more. Now comes the grindy part.
