The birth of a bizarre banger
Performed by Jack Black, who else? The quintessential voice of Steve himself, the song first erupts in a scene where Steve goes on to create something utterly bizarre but so tempting in the game-a dish called Lava Chicken. What ingredients you may ask? As per the verses, a bucket of lava plus one chicken would do!
Ridiculously simple, but purportedly so spicy as to be able to melt one's taste buds. With lines such as, "La-la-la-lava ch-ch-ch-chicken," and "Ooh, it's a lava attack - so super spicy," the song is just pure chaos, bringing Black's unique comedic flavoring in the midst of a high-energy rock pulse. The song was co-written by the director, Jared Hess (Napoleon Dynamite), and Black, and produced by the latter's longtime collaborator John Spiker and is part of the official soundtrack for A Minecraft Movie. It has already gone viral all over the net.
