April Fool's Day is a day for pranks and good laughter, while Fortnite has its share of weird limited-time quests with a twist to regular Battle Royale stuff. In this year's April Fools' event, the players have a total of eight unique quests, each granting 2,000 XP. Will they have more fun? These challenges may hold up to three bonus ones for a total of 30,000 XP, thus allowing the player a one-day accumulation of 46,000 XP. Fair warning: the challenges have something funny about them. Let's go through each quest and how to complete it before they go away on April 2, 2025, at 8 AM EDT.

Fortnite turns the rules upside down with April Fools’ quests!

1. Place anything but first The entire purpose of this quest turns upside down the very reason behind Fortnite—players must be restricted from winning. To achieve this, the players must place anywhere from second to last, with the first place being the obstacle. Simple enough, barring scoring Victory Royale on a continuous basis!
2. Break open chests instead of searching themNormally, opening a chest involves the player just going to interact with it, but in this quest, you gotta break three open with your pickaxe. Simply find a chest and start whacking it once or twice until it shatters and spills its loot.3. Touch grass Yes, for once, "go touch grass" is a task requirement. Walk or stand on a grassy surface for at least a minute. You can do this over more than one match with little trouble picking up an XP boost.

4. Drive safely on the road for 100 meters More often than not, Fortnite players drive like lunatics, but for this reason, keep your ride on the road for at least 100 meters without deviating. No bumping into buildings, players, or objects!5. Land over here and over thereComplete the quest by landing in two particular locations in separate matches: Sakura Soccer Stadium (to the northwest of Outlaw Oasis) over and above the Overlook Lighthouse (the northeast of the Shining Span bridge).
Just make sure to land in each corner before time runs out.6. Find the coolest player on the island Spoiler alert: You are the coolest player! Just find a mirror in Fortnite and stare at your reflection to complete this task. Some prime options are the bathrooms in houses or by the station at Brutal Boxcars.

7. Collect non-fish from fishingThe general rule of fishing in Fortnite is that one catches fish. During this quest, however, one has to catch something different-ammo, weapons, or healing items. Cast your rod in fishing holes and keep your fingers crossed for a successful catch. 8. Survive seconds before collecting any weapons in a matchTo accomplish this task perfectly, never touch a weapon for the first two minutes of the match. Surviving for two minutes can be easy if you land at a less populated area or stay inside the Battle Bus for as long as you can.
