During the fourth Ashes Test at Old Trafford, Crawley played a rampant innings against the promising Aussie bowling line-up.

From the very first ball, Crawley smashed every bowler out of the boundary and ended up scoring a scintillating century.

Unfortunately, Crawley fell short of a well-deserved double-hundred and ended up scoring 189 runs off 182 balls at a strike rate of 103.85 with 21 fours and 3 sixes.

The England skipper almost pulled off a Headingley match-winning knock. Chasing a huge target of 371 at Lord’s, England lost four batters with a single-digit score.

But Stokes had some other plans, he went on to attack Aussie bowlers on a green turf.

Stokes went on to get a magnificent century but was later on dismissed after making a well-compiled 155 runs off 214 balls. After Stokes' wicket, England fell short of 43 runs and lost the Test.

The leading run-getter of the 2023 Ashes series, Khwaja started off his Ashes summer in style. Khawaja took on the likes of Broad and Anderson and scored a blistering 141 runs off 321 balls which included 14 fours and 3 sixes.

In the 3rd Test of the Ashes at Headingley, when Australia lost wickets at regular intervals, Marsh went on to smash English bowlers out of the park.

At a strike rate of 100, Marsh went on to score a terrific hundred in the first innings. Marsh ended up scoring 118 runs off 118 balls which included 17 fours and 4 maximums. Although, the innings was short-lived as England pulled off a comeback into the series.

The modern-day great, Smith yet again showed his prowess in England by getting a scintillating century at the Lord’s in the second Ashes Test.

Batting at no.4, Smith took on the England bowling line-up on a green-top pitch and scored his second Lord’s hundred. Smith was dismissed at 110 runs off 184 balls. Smith’s knock proved to be vital for Australia in a thrilling Test match.
