India batter
Virat Kohli continues to reflect his aura off the field, with fans flooding social media after his recent training images from London went viral. The batting maestro was clicked at Lord’s Cricket Ground after a practice session, where he also interacted warmly with supporters.
Kohli, currently spending time in the UK with wife
Anushka Sharma, has been spotted balancing leisure and preparation ahead of India’s ODI series in Australia this October.

Their relaxed outing quickly made the rounds online, with fans praising their simplicity despite their global star status.
But Kohli hasn’t let downtime take him away from the nets. He recently shared photos from an indoor training session with Gujarat Titans’ assistant coach Naeem Amin.
“Thanks for helping out with the hit, brother. Always lovely to see you,” Kohli wrote on Instagram.
Amin responded, “Good to see you brother! See you soon.”
Kohli last played competitive
cricket in June during the IPL 2025 final, where his 43 runs guided Royal Challengers Bengaluru to their maiden title.
With 14,181 ODI runs and 51 centuries, the 36-year-old remains one of the most decorated players in the format. He also set a benchmark in the previous ODI World Cup, scoring a record-breaking 765 runs to surpass
Sachin Tendulkar.
Meanwhile, discussions around farewell matches for Kohli and Rohit Sharma have been dismissed by BCCI vice president Rajeev Shukla. “They haven't retired, haven't they? Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are both playing One-Dayers. They haven't taken retirement, so why are you talking and worrying about their farewell? Retirement from two formats, that's the phases, but they are still playing ODIs,” Shukla said.
He further added, “We'll cross the bridge when we come to it. You are already arranging their farewell! Virat Kohli is very fit, and Rohit Sharma plays very well. Why are you worried about their farewell?”
For now, Kohli’s focus is firmly on Australia, and the images from London are proof that the preparation has already begun.
