After being bowled out for 249 in their first innings, TN restricted their opponents to 190. In their second innings, TN were dismissed for 182, setting a target of 242 for the home team.

In reply, Jharkhand were bowled out for just 87 in 29.2 overs. Mohan was the standout performer and was well-supported by Siddharth who returned with figures of 4 for 39.
