(TNCA) First Division League clash against UFCC (T Nagar) on Monday.

(56) were the main contributors.
In a Group B encounter, Vijay CC's Malolan Rangarajan (5-44) was the wrecker-in-chief as his side bowled out TI Cycles for 171. This was Malolan's third five-wicket haul in the season. Malolan got good support from teammates Rahil S Shah (2-50) and J Kousik (2-24). In reply, Vijay CC was placed at 64 for 1 in 25 overs.
Left-arm spinner R Alexander (6 for 86) shone for CromBest during their Group B match against Grand Slam. Batting first, Grand Slam found themselves at 266 for 8 with Alexander leading the way. For the batting side, Bhargav Merai (91) and N Jagadeesan (41) played their parts with the willow.
Meanwhile, Mukilesh's hit an unbeaten 94 to help Alwarpet reach 290 for 5 at stumps in their game against Globe Trotters.
In another match, Young Stars restricted India Pistons to 190. While Rahul Tripathi (35), S Chandrasekar (42) and M Prabhu (45) got starts, they failed to make a substantial contribution. For Young Stars, S Ashwath (3 for 50) and S Mohan Prasath (3 for 28) made a mark with the ball.
