NZ vs WI 3rd Test: Jacob Duffy's five-for triggers collapse as New Zealand crush West Indies by 323 runs to seal series
New Zealand produced a ruthless display at Mount Maunganui on Monday, crushing West Indies by 323 runs after tea to win the third Test and clinch a 2-0 series victory, with Jacob Duffy's devastating five-wicket haul triggering a dramatic collapse.

Set an imposing target of 462, the West Indies were bowled out for just 138, their innings ending within four overs of the tea interval after falling apart either side of lunch. Duffy finished with figures of 5 for 42, while spinner Ajaz Patel provided incisive support with 3 for 23 on a cracked surface offering uneven bounce and movement.
The defeat completed a disappointing tour for the visitors, who had managed to draw the opening Test in Christchurch before losing the second in Wellington.
West Indies had begun the final day on 43 without loss and briefly threatened resistance as Brandon King played fluently. The opener dominated the early exchanges, scoring 53 of the team's first 59 runs with a flurry of cuts and drives, before going on to top-score with 67.
However, the match turned sharply after the drinks break. Duffy broke the opening stand at 87 when King gloved a rising delivery to Glenn Phillips at gully. From there, the innings unraveled at alarming speed.
Patel struck in the next over, removing John Campbell for 16 as Phillips completed another sharp catch. The left-arm spinner then dismissed first-innings centurion Kavem Hodge for a duck, Rachin Ravindra taking the catch at silly square leg.
Duffy ran through the middle order, dismissing Alick Athanaze and Justin Greaves in quick succession, before having West Indies captain Roston Chase caught for five to cap a miserable series. Chase managed only 42 runs at an average of seven across three Tests.
Patel claimed Shai Hope for three after a lengthy lbw review, before Glenn Phillips bowled a struggling Kemar Roach, hampered by a hamstring strain. Ravindra and Duffy shared the final wickets as the innings ended abruptly.
Earlier, New Zealand's dominance had been built on monumental efforts from their openers. Devon Conway scored 227 and 100, while captain Tom Latham struck 137 and 101, making them the first opening pair in first-class cricket history to score twin centuries each in the same match.
