over reforms in the body, reiterated his faith in the Indian judicial system here on Wednesday.

“I have full faith in the Indian judicial system,” Thakur, in the city to inaugurate Rajasthan University's law college students' union office, said.

“Over 85 per cent of the recommendations (by Lodha Committee) have been implemented,” he said. “Some BCCI members have objections to a few of the recommendations and we are waiting to put them across to the committee.”

He added that the BCCI had been seeking time from the Lodha Committee for this but so far, had been kept waiting for two months. These recommendations, according to the BCCI officials, are not practical.

The president added that the BCCI had brought about some reforms even before the Lodha Committee's recommendations and the results are for all to see. “Our performance at every level of the game has been very good,“ he said, hinting that pressure was being created on them. Thakur did not want to speak too much on a matter that is sub-judice.
