In another match, TNCA Districts XI got the better of Haryana by 102 runs. Taking first strike, the local side finished on 223 for 8 in 50 overs. Skipper N Jagadeesan (88, 6x4, 4x6) led the show with the bat. For the visitors, Rahul Tewatia (3-80) and Ashok Sandhu (2-48) shone with the ball. In reply, Haryana were bowled for 121 in 37.3 overs. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh beat Chhattisgarh by 54 runs. After having scored 293 on Day 1 riding Akshdeep Nath's unbeaten 124, Uttar Pradesh managed to keep their opponents to 239 in 69.3 overs. For the winning side, medium-pacer Ankit Rajpoot (4 for 48) was the wrecker-in-chief and was well-supported by Zeeshan Ansari (3 for 86) and Kartik Tyagi (2 for 43). Sanjeet Desai (76, 7x4, 2x6) did put up a valiant effort for Chhattisgarh but he failed to receive much support from the other end.
