pandemic, sports persons are opting for different ways to keep themselves fit. They can’t go out for their regular training, but they are trying to ensure their daily routine isn't hampered too much.

Young Indian cricketer Harsh Tyagi, who played a key role in India’s Under-19 Asia Cup triumph in 2018, is doing surya namaskar to keep himself fit and focussed during the lockdown.

In a video message sent to TimesofIndia.com, the 20 year old from Delhi said: “In this time of crisis, with the help of Timesofindia.com, I urge all cricket fans and my fellow citizens to stay indoors and indulge in productive activities."

“Staying fit is one of the major requirements of my profession and I am doing my favourite yoga pose surya namaskar to remain fit," Harsh, who claimed six wickets in the 2018 U-19 Asia Cup final against Sri Lanka, said. The Indian colts won the title after registering a massive 144-run win over Sri Lanka.

Harsh, who is a left-arm spinner was adjudged Man of the Match for his spectacular show.

The youngster plays for Railways in domestic cricket and made his first-class debut in 2018 against Mumbai. He has so far played 11 First Class matches and taken 40 wickets . He has also scored 363 first class runs, with a highest score of 93.
