The DP World International League T20 is set to return on December 2 with a high-profile clash that is a repeat of last season’s final. Defending champions Dubai Capitals will open Season 4 against the Desert Vipers at the Dubai International Stadium.
The fixture brings back memories of the dramatic finale to Season 3, when the Capitals chased down their target with four balls to spare to secure their maiden ILT20 title. The Capitals held their nerve to claim victory with just four deliveries remaining, lifting the trophy in front of a crowd that was 25,000-strong.

Matches will be staged across three UAE venues: Dubai International Stadium (15 matches), Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi (11 matches), and Sharjah Cricket Stadium (eight matches).
The tournament opener will once again be played in Dubai, the same venue that staged last season’s final. This rematch between two heavyweight franchises is the ideal curtain-raiser, with the match to set the tone for another blockbuster campaign.
After the 30 league matches, the playoffs will begin on December 30 with Qualifier 1 in Abu Dhabi, followed by the Eliminator in Dubai on January 1, and Qualifier 2 in Sharjah on January 2. The grand finale is scheduled for January 4 in Dubai.
