NEW DELHI: The Bihar Cricket Association (BCA) on Sunday announced the results of its 2025 office-bearer elections, with
Harsh Vardhan elected unopposed as President. At just 24 years of age, Harsh has made history as the youngest-ever president of the BCA, signalling a generational shift in the association’s leadership and infusing fresh energy into the apex body governing cricket in the state.
Alongside him, Priya Kumari has been elected Vice President, Ziaul Arefin will serve as Secretary, Abhishek Nandan takes charge as Treasurer, and Rohit Kumar has been appointed Joint Secretary. All office bearers were elected unopposed.

The elections were conducted and declared under the supervision of M. Modassir (IAS, Retd.), who served as the Electoral Officer.
“We are humbled by the faith and support shown by all stakeholders of Bihar cricket. Our collective priority will be to strengthen the game at the grassroots, develop robust infrastructure, and create more opportunities for young and aspiring cricketers across the state. Together, we are committed to taking Bihar cricket to new heights,” the BCA said in a statement.
Meanwhile, the BCA also announced that selection trials and a preparation camp for the Men’s Senior and Men’s Under-23 teams will begin on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Moin-ul-Haq Stadium in Patna. Players have been asked to report at the venue by 4:00 PM on September 29.
