CHENNAI: Off-spinner Aamir Gani claimed 6/14 to help IOC Mumbai win the All-India YSCA Trophy as they defeated AG's Office by 18 runs in the final here on Sunday. Put in to bat, IOC Mumbai managed a total of 137/7 from their 30 overs on a pitch conducive to spin bowlers. In the second innings, Gani duly came to the party with his off-spin as AG's Office were bundled out for 119.

L Nethra's unbeaten 65 helped Red Rangers notch up a comfortable eight-wicket victory over Blue Avengers in their T20 league clash for the Indian Bank Trophy. Batting first, Blue Avengers rode K Yogiyasri's 71 not out to score 123/2 in 20 overs, but it wasn't sufficient as Red Rangers reached the target with two overs to spare.
In another match, D Hemalatha once again played a leading role as Yellow Challengers coasted to an eight-wicket win. Chasing 117, Hemalatha contributed 49 while R Abarna made 37 as they reached home with 15 balls to spare.
Meanwhile, White Warriors successfully defended a score of 112, restricting Silver Strikers to just 77/7 from their 20 overs. While P Thejashree top-scored for Warriors with 50, S Anusha and V Vilasini shard two wickets apiece.
