Even though India lost the five-Test Border Gavaskar Trophy series in Australia 1-3, Jasprit Bumrah tormented the hosts by putting up an exhibition of right-arm fast bowling, which saw him winning the 'Player of the Series' award for his 32 wickets. "My little nephew, Ted, is four years old. We played backyard cricket the other day, and he came in with Bumrah's action, and the nightmare continues," said Marsh, and the clip of the video shared by cricket.com.au has gone viral on social media.

Bumrah had a remarkable series to end the last calendar year and could have added more to his series-haul had back spasms not ruled him out of action in Australia's second innings during the last Test in Sydney.

His 32 wickets came at a staggering average of 13.06 and strike rate of 28.37, including three five-wicket hauls.

India's only victory in Australia came under Bumrah when he stood in for Rohit Sharma as captain for the series-opening Test in Perth.

Last month, Bumrah also won awards for 'ICC Men's Cricketer of the Year' as well as the 'ICC Men's Test Player of the Year'.
