Mustafizur Rahman available for selection, says Tom Moody

MUMBAI: His ODI skipper Mashrafe Mortaza had advised him not to play in the IPL to guard against injuries. The Bangladesh Cricket Board too wants to wrap him up in cotton wool and protect him and manage his workload.
However, Mustafizur Rahman, the talented Bangladesh left-arm seamer, who created such an impact for the Sunrisers Hyderabad last year, will be joining the defending IPL champions for their game against Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede on Wednesday.
"He is arriving tonight and is available for selection," said SRH coach Tom Moody on match eve on Tuesday. "Who he will replace will not be decided until tomorrow. But more than likely he is fit and available unless something happens overnight," added Moody.
Rahman picked up 17 wickets for SRH at an astonishing economy rate of 6.90 last year.
