Royal Challengers Bangalore star Virat Kohli has had quite the impact on the Indian Premier League, be it in terms of fitness, style or a lasting legacy that will inspire generations to come. In a podcast for RCB, wicket keeper - batsman and 11 crore acquisition Jitesh Sharma spoke of his rise to fame, and more importantly on his relationship with former skipper Virat Kohli.
In conversation with Mayanti Langer, Sharma revealed a set of tricks that the former Indian skipper and RCB man taught him ever since he joined the franchise ahead of this season. "These small small tricks he has taught me...calm your nerves, think about the game and take a decision."

"People like you who come in the number of 5-6, they always think about hitting six. But with your intensity, you're clear on how to attack. Think about shifting your focus. That's the small small things he's told me."
Despite his appreciation and admiration for the superstar, Sharma clarified that he is yet to click a picture with the veteran and gave a subtle laugh as to his friends' requests to get them a picture with the legend. Sharma praised Kohli's energy while also lauding his ability to play his own game.
36-year-old Kohli recently announced his retirement from Tests and will now only play in the IPL and ODI format.
