NEW DELHI: Chennai Super Kings broke the bank by acquiring England Test skipper Ben Stokes for Rs 16.25 crore making him the third-highest gainer at the IPL 2023 Auction. CSK saw an intense bidding war with Kolkata Knight Riders but emerged victorious to buy Stokes.
