Just tried to get the ball in a decent area, tried to use all the skills that I’ve picked up. (On recovering from injury) Couldn’t really do much, it had to heal on its own. Just had to do a bit of rehab to try and be active. Kohli and Iyer were playing well, dropped early in the innings and I’m glad those drops weren’t too costly. The wicket looks a bit tricky to bat, we are going to have to bat well. But the first job today is to get the two wickets early. (On Nandre Burger) He seems to be a fierce competitor, you saw it yesterday with the way he was bowling. I’m very happy for him and wish him many more wickets in his Test career.
Rahul is turning out to be a man for crisis for us. Every time there are tough situations, he is the guy who handles it well for us. Nothing special, he was clear with his gameplans, defended the right balls, attacked the right ones.
