R Ashwin has offered Shubman Gill and Gautam Gambhir a piece of advice ahead of the Lord's Test on how to win the ongoing Test series.
"Keep England in the field long," Ashwin said on his Hindi YouTube channel Ash Ki Baat.
"You check all the interviews of the England cricketers, and all of them said we were tired. The legs were tired. You fielded for 10 sessions and you got tired.

Ashwin has predicted that after getting hammered at Edgbaston, England will ask for a spicy pitch at Lord's.
"Lord's will have a spicy pitch. After the Edgbaston loss, there will be seam and swing movement at Lord's. If there is any help for the bowlers, then that English bowling attack versus India's batting line-up and Indian bowling attack versus that England batting line-up—it is going to be fun to watch.
"Let the England bowlers bowl extra overs. Pull them to the ground, put them in rubble. Test cricket requires mental tenacity. When you find them down, put your feet on top of them. Absolutely plunder them.
"
England ek din khel kar ek Test match draw nahi kara paayenge (England can't bat for a day to draw a Test match). They will be bowled out inside two sessions; they will not go for a draw.
"Barring Joe Root, they don't have any chance," he said.
Ashwin also suggested that if the pitch is flat and Shubman wins the toss, India must bat for three days.
"They have no intention of grinding you down. You bat three days straight. They can't bat two days," he said.
"England are caught in a real catch-22 situation. Your captain is not performing. Their top order is getting exposed. Joe Root has been kept quiet. Bowling is toothless. You want to continue with Shoaib Bashir, but there's not much coming from him as well.
"If you want to continue Bazball, you need to play on a flat deck... So many questions..."
