On Tuesday, one such incident was witnessed during India’s World Cup warm-up match against Bangladesh at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff, which India won by a huge margin of 95 runs.
The incident happened in the 40th over of the India innings when Dhoni was getting ready to face Bangladesh spinner Sabbir Rahman.

Dhoni stopped Rahman who had almost finished his run-up and asked him to move the fielder stationed orginally at square-leg back to his position.
Sabbir immediately instructed his fielder to go to his main position.
Indian cricket fans had a field day on Twitter as they pointed out how Dhoni was setting the field for Bangladesh.

It's not clear if the fielder was moving away from his original position and therefore distracted Dhoni, who must have been able to see the fielder out of the corner of his eye. The commentator can be heard saying that the fielder was 'in the middle of nowhere'. In fact KL Rahul, who was at the non-strikers' end can also be seen gesturing towards the fielder.

No wonder then that Sabbir immediately listened to Dhoni, who spotted the out of place fielder while getting ready to face the delivery.
Dhoni smashed a brilliant 78-ball 113 as India posted a mammoth 360-run target for Bangladesh. In reply, Indian wrist spinners Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav claimed three wickets apiece to skittle Bangladesh for 264 and helped India register a massive win.
Apart from Dhoni, KL Rahul also scored a brilliant century.
India will kick off their World Cup campaign on June 5 against South Africa.
