NEW DELHI: South Africa captain Aiden Markram won the toss and chose to field against the Netherlands in a T20 World Cup Group D match in New York on Saturday.

Both South Africa and the Netherlands have stuck with unchanged line-ups.

In their first match at Nassau County ground, South Africa started their campaign with an emphatic six-wicket victory over former champions Sri Lanka in a low-scoring encounter.

Meanwhile, the Netherlands also secured a win in their opening match by defeating Nepal in Dallas by six wickets.

The pitch at this venue remains a focal point ahead of the highly anticipated clash between India and Pakistan on Sunday, despite showing signs of favoring batsmen during Friday's match between Ireland and Canada.

Teams:

South Africa: Quinton de Kock (wk), Reeza Hendricks, Aiden Markram (c), Tristan Stubbs, Heinrich Klaasen, David Miller, Marco Jansen, Keshav Maharaj, Kagiso Rabada, Anrich Nortje, Ottneil Baartman.

Netherlands: Michael Levitt, Max O'Dowd, Vikramjit Singh, Sybrand Engelbrecht, Scott Edwards (c&wk), Bas de Leede, Teja Nidamanuru, Logan van Beek, Tim Pringle, Paul van Meekeren, Vivian Kingma.
