Entering the attack in the 15th over, Jadeja immediately made his presence felt with sharp turn from the pitch.
His first wicket came when he trapped Joe Root lbw with a quicker delivery. He followed it by dismissing Jacob Bethell, who had scored 51 runs, in a similar fashion. His third wicket was claimed by clean bowling Adil Rashid.

Sir Jadeja NEVER gets old. I LOVE the way he bowls, using his BRAIN, with just a few short steps, but incredibly varying the PACE and the SPIN of each delivery that is almost impossible to read. He is also such an OUTSTANDING fielder. We have never had one like him after Eknath Solkar. I hope you can stick around for a few more years to pass on your skills to the younger generation, simply by acting as their Role Model.Read allPost comment
