... DAY 4, SESSION 3 ...
For Australia, Pat Cummins has been brilliant, he has the two wickets to fall in this session but he needs support from the other end too. Mitchell Starc has not been at his best and nor has Nathan Lyon proven to be very effective. The wicket does not have a lot to offer for the bowlers but there is still something in it. Australia need to be patient and just hit the right lines and lengths. An important session awaits. Stay tuned.
The game is nicely poised! Pakistan played with intent in this session and they will feel they are in with a real chance in this game. It began with them losing a wicket early but Shan Masood and Babar Azam played with intent. They added over 50 in quick time. Shan Masood scored a fine half ton but fell shortly after that. Saud Shakeel though has started well and Babar Azam is slowly getting back to this best. A lot will depend on the latter. He needs to score big and the rest probably need to hang around. Pakistan will know they are just the one big partnership away from gaining the advantage in this game.
