Bihar CM Nitish Kumar congratulates Viswanathan Anand
Bihar CM Nitish Kumar congratulated Viswanathan Anand on wining the World Chess Championship title for the fifth time, in Moscow on Wednesday.
"The people of the country are proud of Viswanathan Anand for his victory," Kumar in his message said. "I congratulate Anand on his victory after victory," the chief minister said.
