V Balakrishna gets Best Boxer award at YMN boxing championship

Andhra Pradesh's V Balakrishna bagged the Best Boxer Award at the 44th Youth Men National Boxing Championship on the concluding day of the six-day tournament held at Kakinada.

RAJAHMUNDRY: Andhra Pradesh's V Balakrishna bagged the Best Boxer Award at the 44th Youth Men National Boxing Championship on the concluding day of the six-day tournament held at Kakinada.While Harayana secured the first position by clinching 41points, Andhra Pradesh and Punjab stood second and third by securing 26 and 25points respectively.The Best Referee award was won by Rahul Sharmaof Uttar Pradesh, while Best Judge award was bagged by K SrinivasaRao.V Balakrishna claimed a gold medal in Fly 52 KG category bydefeating Vivek Subba of Arunachal Pradesh.
