NAGPUR: Railways Sports Promotion Board (RSPB) boxers dominated the second day of the First Men’s Elite
National Boxing Championship, organized by Boxing India, at the Divisional Sports Complex, Mankapur, on Friday.
RSPB's Amandeep outclassed his Services Sports Control Board rival Sandeep. Another RSPB boxer Salman prevailed over Bihar's Sikander in the light flyweight category.
Services' Manjeet did well to get the better of Vikas Malik of RSPB in the lightweight section.
Maharashtra boxer Akshay Mankar carved out a smooth win over his Gujarat rival Vijay in the bantam weight section. However, another state boxer Shivaji More went down fighting against Dhan Bahadur of Meghalaya in the lightweight group.

Light fly (46-49 kg): Naveen (ODI) bt Nithin (KER); Dhan Bahadur (MEG) bt Shivaji More (MAH); Vivek (TRI) bt Vivek Dass (JHA), Salman (RSPB) bt Sikander (BIH).
Fly (52-kg): Amandeep (RSPB) bt Sandeep (SSCB); Ashish (DEL) bt Khushwana Anil Singh (DNH); Kavinder Singh ((UTK) bt bt Vishal (HP); Manish Sahu (CHT) bt Manthan Kumar (PON).
Bantam (56-kg): Akshay Mankar (MAH) bt Vijay (GUJ); Pulkit Mahendra (D&D) bt Ananth (PON); Sunil (HAR) bt Abhay Singh (TRI); Ashini Sharma (MAN) bt Sunil (BIH).
Light (60-kg): Manjeet Kumar (SSCB) bt Vikas Malik (RSPB); Mohammad Irfan (WB) bt Sanjib Dass (ASM); Dildr (D&D) bt Shubham (DHC).
