Somalwar School shuttlers rule the roost in DSO U-17 Badminton tournament

NAGPUR: Somalwar School shuttlers dominated the DSO U-17 Inter-School Badminton tournament which concluded at the Divisional Sports Complex, Mankapur, here on Saturday. In both the U-17 sections, Somalwar School reigned supreme. While Somalwar Nikalas won the boys title, their Ramdapeth counterparts bagged girls crown. Gaurav Mithe excelled as Somalwar Nikalas blanked Centre Point School, Katol Road 2-0. Gaurav won both his singles and doubles (with Mohak Badkas) to lead his side to victory. In the U-17 girls summit clash, Somalwar Ramdaspeth rallied back superbly to upset CPS Dabha 2-1.
