External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar slammed Pakistan for cross-border terrorism and categorically stated that India will not deal with the nation where terrorism is deemed legitimate. “That's partly because of how they reacted after 2019, what Pakistan was trying to do is to use cross-border terrorism to bring India to the table. It's not that we won't deal with our neighbour but it's that we will not deal on the basis of terms they (Pakistan) said where the practice of terrorism is deemed as legitimate and effective in order to bring you to the table,” he added.
