‘Delhi officers not accountable to ministers’: Saurabh Bhardwaj on ‘fake medicine row’

Saurabh Bhardwaj said, “Only orders can be given to Delhi's officers, whether to accept or not is the officer's own will. The Centre has ended the accountability of officers in Delhi, they are not accountable to the ministers.”
