Three Inmates Escape DeKalb Jail Using Lyft Ride, Apprehended in South Florida Without Incident

Three inmates who escaped from DeKalb County Jail in Georgia, including a murder suspect, were captured in South Florida after using a Lyft ride to flee the state. Authorities said the inmates exploited a compromised part of the jail and called friends outside, who facilitated the escape. U.S. Marshals tracked the trio to the Miami area, where they were apprehended without incident.
