Acting President Delcy Rodriguez received Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Qatar’s prime minister and foreign minister, in Caracas to expand cooperation between the two nations. The leaders reviewed bilateral ties spanning more than 52 years, covering trade, energy, tourism and cultural programmes. Discussions also emphasised enhancing security and regional stability.
