Union Minister Giriraj Singh launched a sharp attack on the opposition while speaking in New Delhi, accusing the Leader of the Opposition of behaving like an “urban naxal.” He questioned how constitutional functioning can continue if the opposition adopts such an approach. Singh also targeted Mamata Banerjee, alleging that the West Bengal Chief Minister avoids speaking on issues like unemployment, crimes against women, and development. According to him, she raises her voice only against institutions such as the Election Commission, Lok Sabha, and the Speaker. The minister further claimed that people would hold her accountable for alleged corruption during her 15-year rule in West Bengal.
