Arden Cho Teases KPop Demon Hunters 2 May Come Faster Than Expected

Speaking in Los Angeles after Netflix officially confirmed a sequel to KPop Demon Hunters, Arden Cho said she hopes the animated follow-up arrives “faster than we think.” The original film, released in June 2025, became Netflix’s most-watched movie ever and earned Oscar nominations for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song, with directors Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans now officially returning for chapter two.
