1. Wake up early in the morning and take a holy bath.
2. They should light a diya at home remembering Lord Hanuman.
3. Visit the temple and offer prayers to the Lord.
4. Male devotees should offer Jamsine oil, Sindoor and Chola to Lord Hanuman which is considered meritorious.
5. Offering coconut to the Lord removes all the obstacles from life.
6. Those who are suffering from negativity are advised to recite Hanuman Chalisa 108 times at home particularly in the evening time.
7. Devotees must recite Sundar Kand to seek blessings of the Lord.
8. It is also believed that if you really want to seek blessings of the Lord, then you should start reciting Ramayan Path everyday during the month of Jyestha.
9. Chant Om Ham Hanumate Namah 108 times to remove all problems.
10. In the evening again visit the temple and offer Boondi Laddoo, Chhena Prasad, or Boondi Prasad to Lord Hanuman.
