This teaching comes from chapter 3, verse 3 and it holds a great spiritual and psychological and practical significance. This means to offer all your actions and karma to your deity. It is believed that when Arjuna was present in the battlefield of Kurukshetra and was overwhelmed by doubt, fear and confusion and wanted to withdraw from doing the action then Lord Krishna made him understand that inaction is impossible and every human being has to take an action by nature. What binds your soul is not an action but the attachment to the fruits of action. But Arjuna was still in fear then he said - "“मयि सर्वाणि कर्माणि संन्यस्य अध्यात्मचेतसा।” that means dedicate all your actions to me with the mind fixed in the Purna Parmatma.

What is the meaning of Surrender all actions?

According to Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna is the Parmatma and when people surrender their actions to the almighty God and do not expect the desired fruits or outcomes and let go of the personal ownership over success and failure then it means you are performing your duties without ego and offering all your actions to the divine power.
When you take the authority then there's always a pressure of the outcomes. Once you lose the authority and offer your actions to the God then you don't suffer with the pressure, fear, disappointments and anxiety.

According to Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna glorifies the renunciation within work. This teaching says that you can utilise the worldly pleasures such as you can perform your actions, duties, service and work and still you can live a spiritual life become sacred by offering all your actions to the divine.
