Eid Al Adha 2023: Eid Al Adha is the festival of sacrifice and has a great significance among Muslim community people. There are two most prominent festivals celebrated by all Muslims, the one is Eid Al Fitar and the another one is Eid Al Adha. Eid Al Adha date varies every year. As per the Islamic calendar, Dhul Hijjah is the 12th and the last month and most of the Muslim people perform Hajj during this month. Eid Al Adha occur on the 10th day of Dhul Hijjah and people celebrate this with great joy and enthusiasm. In the year 2023, Bakra Eid is being celebrated in India today i.e., on June 29, 2023.

Eid-al-Adha is known as the Feast of Sacrifice because it traditionally includes the sacrifice of an animal permitted for food as an act of thanksgiving for God’s mercy.
