Sourav Ganguly, aka “Dada” and the “Prince of Kolkata”, is known as India’s one of the most influential cricket captains. The Indian cricket team, under his captaincy, showed its fearless side. With over 18,000 international runs in his kitty and multiple historic overseas wins, Dada’s captaincy will remain historic. Later, he served as the 35th President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) between 2019 and 2022. ​

Sourav Ganguly’s ancestral Kolkata home is far more than a luxury mansion but a symbol of deep-rooted identity. This massive mansion has served as a private residence to the family for more than 60 years now. The cricketer lives here with his wife Dona, daughter Sana, and his extended joint family.

Located on Biren Roy Road in Behala, one of the influential addresses, Ganguly residence is a sprawling mansion. It is among the most iconic private homes in Kolkata. As per real estate reports, the mansion is estimated to be worth around ₹40 crore.

As per reports, the mansion has 48 rooms, making it one of the largest private residences. The exterior of the house maintains a traditional classic red-and-white aesthetic. The old-world Bengali charm with modern and luxury upgrades gives it a regal look.
