Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra is experiencing immense growth in the real estate market. The region has transformed from a satellite city into one of India’s most attractive real estate destinations in 2026, all thanks to the inauguration of the Navi Mumbai International Airport, metro connectivity and other infrastructure development.

The Palm Beach Road corridor is actually Navi Mumbai’s ‘Billionaire Stretch’. It covers Nerul, Sanpada, and Vashi and is noted for its wide, palm-lined roads offering coastal vibes. Some high-end projects here are demanding the highest property prices in the region, promising sea-facing views and private decks, among others.
