CNTC Presidential Tower

CNTC Presidential Tower, among the tallest towers in Bengaluru, rises to a height of approximately 161 meters with almost 50 floors. Located in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, this tower offers luxury apartments with spacious living areas, making it a high-end residential tower in the city.

Mantri DSK Pinnacle

Mantri DSK Pinnacle is one of the first skyscrapers of Bengaluru and was once the tallest structure of the city. The structure rises up to a height of approximately 153 meters and has as many as 46 floors. The structure is recognized for its unique style and spacious apartments. The structure is located at Hulimavu and was the beginning of skyscraper luxury apartments of Bengaluru.

SNN Clermont

SNN Clermont is a luxury residential complex located at Hebbal (Nagawara). The structure comprises a series of towers, each of a height of approximately 151 meters and as many as 40 floors. The structure is recognized by its luxury apartments and lush green environment.

Pashmina Waterfront is another notable high-rise residential project consisting of buildings about 135 meters high with approximately 38 floors. It is located at Battarahalli, providing modern residential spaces surrounded by natural beauty. World Trade Center Bangaluru

The World Trade Center Bangalore is the tallest commercial tower in Bengaluru, standing about 128 meters high with approximately 32 floors. It is located at Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, being a major commercial hub for business and global companies. The tower is known for playing a major role in establishing Bengaluru as a major business and IT hub.

Another notable commercial tower in the city, especially in terms of height, is the UB Tower. With a height of approximately 123 meters and about 28 floors, the tower is among the tallest tower in Bengaluru. It is also notable for the presence of commercial spaces within the tower, especially for businesses.

The CNTC Presidential Tower and the World Trade Center are notable buildings in the city, especially because of their height. The need for more space is also expected to lead to even taller buildings in the coming years.
