Appraisal Terrorism
We as employees work hard throughout year days and night thinking of good for company and department we forget our personal dreams and sometimes we kill our family personal life so that our department and company flourish very nicely. Even we go to extreme effort to full fill the personal demands of the higher official so that they can be comfortable and work transparently. All the challenges organizations expect from us like double shift working or our presence for any kind of work, we go to our extreme end and full fill those demands though sometimes our seniors commit mistakes, we put our heart and soul to that problem to solve so that they do not get affected as their personal mind status.
Sometimes it happens that we do not get 100% achievement on some areas of the given target but that’s doesn’t mean that throughout the year nothing has been done. This doesn’t give any rights to our superiors to decide that we are the zero performers though we not given mega achievement there should not come any questions on our efforts.
In spite of all hard work and efforts when the times come of the real award you expect now with great dreams that you will be rewarded “The Appraisal Terrorism comes into play”. We are being sidelined and the result we get Big Zero. They forget that they are in higher positions because of our efforts and hard work. If they are comfortable at their homes enjoying life with their families and subordinates is because of us that doing hard work and double shift in the company.
Each and every soul that work in company or organization put their 100% effort for progress of company .so they should not be awarded zero or below performance. And the performance should not be discriminated by state, caste or creed.
At last, I just wanted to tell the bacteria of Appraisal Terrorism has started if these things are not stopped, transparency will not come. The company or organization will certainly loose their hard-working employees in time to come.
