A mouthful of biryani!
Nothing compares to Chettinad biryani. I love eating, but I’m also a finicky eater when it comes to biryani. I’m from Kerala, and like other Malayali, I’m also completely hooked with biryanis. There is nothing better than a hearty dinner like biryani, and as a dedicated non-vegetarian, I like trying different types of biryanis around India. In contrast to other places’ mouth-watering biryanis, my umma (mom) creates the finest biryani ever. It is also much healthier than other locations. My search for the ideal biryani took me all throughout Maharashtra and Pune, but I was unable to find any that satisfied my tastes. Nevertheless, I’m becoming more accustomed to the lucknow dum biryani. It’s worth the money. Although it is much spicer and oilier here, the flavour is still delicious. Even though I’ve only been here a month, I’m still pining for my mom’s chettinad dum biryani because of the way she prepares it and the way the ghee she adds makes it the finest dish I’ve ever had. Together with a few of my friends, I made the decision to scour all of Pune for the greatest restaurants. We visited a few locations where the cuisine was more affordable and delicious, and I was searching for the ideal mouthful of biryani. It was challenging because we had a small budget and the food had to be tasty. I finally found something that was significantly better than other biryanis I had previously because the flavour was so balance and not too spicy, and the ghee was spreaded nicely when I took a bite as it was said It’s hot but it burns so good! . We all visited all nearby restaurants and dhabas while taking time and money into consideration, and then we went straight to PK Caters, which was an accidental discovery we all decided to eat at.
